Reporting a Product Defect

We take product quality very seriously and want every RUDIS item to meet our standards. On the rare occasion that you receive an item that may have a defect, our team is here to help.

To start the review process, please send an email to support@rudis.com with the following information:

  • Your RUDIS order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Our support team will review your submission and follow up with next steps as quickly as possible.
