What is Happy Returns?

Happy Returns is a convenient return option that lets you return eligible items in person at a nearby Return Bar location without needing a box or shipping label. Simply start your return on our website, receive a QR code, and bring your item to a participating location. A store associate will scan your QR code and accept your return, making the process fast and easy.

Important Details:

  • For returns, refunds will be initiated shortly after drop-off and the $10 handling fee is waived if you use Happy Returns. 

  • Happy Returns will only be available if you live within 20 miles of a drop off location. If you live outside that zone, you will still be able to process your return/exchange and receive a prepaid USPS shipping label.
