What is not covered?

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper care
• Damage caused by alterations or unauthorized repairs
• Fit, comfort, or preference concerns unrelated to a product defect
• Lost or stolen products
