# What is not covered?

The warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper care
- Damage caused by alterations or unauthorized repairs
- Fit, comfort, or preference concerns unrelated to a product defect
- Lost or stolen products
